Do you offer website backups as part of the hosting service?

Yes – All of our hosting packages come with backups included – the number of retention points however differs according to the package value.

Backups include files, databases, database users, cron jobs, DNS zones and emails.

File extensions not backed up are;

*.gz

*.jpa

*.log

*.sql

*.tar

*.tar.gz

*.wpress

*.zip

File types not backed up include backup files, cache files, access logs, error logs, temp files, trash files.

Dedicated server backups are optional and configured as per client requirements.
